ok...found... Request.QueryString returns an HttpValueCollection that extends NameValueCollection ... but msdn reference states NameValueCollection
HttpValueCollection makes the concatenation when i call ToString()
HttpUtility.ParseQueryString returns HttpValueCollection too... msdn should say something like that, i read and go crazy
